The Krone chopping design allows for a straight flow of material through the machine, as shown in the illustration above. 6 hydraulically driven compression rollers with a leading diameter of 31.5” allow precise cutting lengths from 1/8” to 7/8”.

The Krone chopping unit with its V-form design allows for up to 20 or 28 knives. A strong belt drive system powers the chopping unit and accelerator.

A fast “on-the-go” knife sharpening system boosts productivity.
